The WPH Group are one of the leading names in the UK for residential park home estates and luxury log cabin holidays offer state of the art park homes. They commissioned Richard to complete the illustrations and 3D animation for an extension of their Charing Perk in Kent to the eastern part of the site with 20 new lodges.
Working with their architects and ecology consultants, Richard produced the illustrations which not only helped with the Planning Application but also showcased the site for web site publicity and proposed lodge sales.
Richard was then asked to produce a further model, illustrations and animation for 10 more units at the western section of the site. The client is looking to extend further sites that fall in their portfolio. See the WPH web site here
